RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns 

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds, particularly on swimwear products. 

If you wish to exchange your waist trainer, the following conditions must be met:

• The waist trainer must be unworn, unaltered, unused, unstained, unwashed, and no external smell (such as deodorants and perfumes). 

• It must be in its original condition - no broken hooks, no wrinkles, no missing tags, and all product materials included.

• Within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

HEX ÈN FOX reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Any returns that do not respect our policy will be disposed and no refunds will be given. 

Any products on sale at a discount or limited offer are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Returns

• Shipping cost for any returns or exchanges are not refundable. 

• All products purchased are non-refundable, except for our waist trainer products. However, returns of waist trainers for refunds must comply with the (above) return policy and are subject to quality approval.

• If the product condition does not meet the criteria, refunds are not permitted and you will have to handle the shipping cost if you want the item returned to your address. 

Shipping & Returns

• You will be responsible for handling all the shipping, shipping costs or any storage-related fees to return your product(s). And we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance (if available).

• Just like how original orders are placed (see FAQs), once a return is submitted we will not be able to change the shipping address. Make sure that you've entered all the correct information during checkout. 

Return Instructions

• Please contact our customer care to request a return shipping label - a flat $9 fee will be deducted from your refund for the return.

• Once you receive your return shipping label by email, simply print and attach it to your package (HEX ÈN FOX believes in environmentally-friendly practices. if possible, please re-use the original box you received your order in).

• Visit your nearest mailing service to ship the item. 

Refund, Return & Exchange Process

• Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. upon approval, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds for eligible items purchased at regular price will be applied to your original form of payment.

• You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. a flat $9 fee will be deducted from your refund for the return. the amount will appear on your debit/credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return.

• For exchanges, you're responsible for handling all the shipping, shipping costs or any storage-related fees to return and ship back your product(s). We will inform you the shipping fees by email. 

• All shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Any returned items (for refund and exchange purposes) that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of HEX ÈN FOX.

HEX ÈN FOX reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at time of delivery.
